The Roshni television channel has been issued a license by the ministry of information and broadcasting and the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory authority in compliance of a court order, an SHC bench was informed by Advocate Sameer Ghazanfer, the petitioner channel’s council.
The Pemra said it was unable to extend up-linking facilities to the channel due to some technical flaws, which have since been removed by the channel.

Respected viewers.
As per my position of Director News, I would be pleased in correcting some claims of Mr.Ali Raza Goa.
Recently I visited your website. It was shocking to see wrong verdict of Ali Raza Goa (CEO, Roshni TV). He is totally making a fool of Fiqah-e-Jafariya as he has terminated all the employees belonging to Fiqah-e-Jafariya. He is making a fraud with people visiting the website http://www.jafariyanews.com.
His claim to shift his channel to another website is a complete lie because he has not paid the dues of Thai Com which are $65000. Reacting to this, Thai Com banned the telecasting of this channel. He has also not paid the dues of his employees since six months. The total dues are 40 Lac of employees. He is a defaulter of many people. He also sold all programmes of MOHARRAM to others channels for the sake of his profit. He also said severely that he does not belong to Fiqah-Jafaria. Nowadays this channel is banned as a defaulter from PEMRA. Now he is again trying to fool the people through his fake claims because we (the employees) had closed the gates of channels and newspapers for him that’s is the reason why he is forwarding towards websites. He has also said that he won’t heir any one belonging to Fiqah-e-Jafaria, however some corrupt and evil-minded people are still working with him.
If you want a proof of this story then please concern the international magazine “HERALD” (PG no. 49. Title: ROSHNI TV OFF AIR FOR NOT PAYING DUES). I hope that strict actions should be taken from yours side to save your website and your network from such kind of frauds. Kindly view this as an announcement on your website so that many people could be saved from this fraud.
