Prime TV announces shows for Independence Day

UK based Pakistani entertainment channel, Prime TV, has announced shows that it will be airing to coincide with Pakistan’s Independence Day and its third anniversary of being free-to-air.

The programs will be shown between Thursday 13th August and Saturday 15th August. Following are details of some of the programs.. All the timings are British Standard Time:

Kharian Se Kharadar
A comic love story based on two different families. Set back on the concept of the pre and post independence event.
Cast: Mohib Mirza and Uroosa Siddiqui.
Thursday 13th August at 19:30

Azad Actually
Classic teleplay on the ideology of Pakistan being a free state. The sacrifice and emotions of leaving loved ones across the border and not knowing will they ever see them again?

Friday 14th August at 19:00

Kiran Aur George
Share the experiences and joy of Azadi Special with the couple as they take viewers through this 14th August Special at 09:00.

Movie: Budda Gujjar
