Well-known TV journalist, Syed Hammad Ghaznavi, has joined Waqt News as its chief operating officer. Mr. Ghaznavi, who has MA in TV Production from the Bournemouth University UK, brings with him over 20 years of professional experience, during which he worked as head of two different channels.
Son of a renowned scholar and educationist, Syed Abu Bakr Ghaznavi, he sees Waqt News’ future role as Pakistan’s most authentic source of information for viewers at home and abroad.
“For a long time, I have been emotionally associated with this highly respected media group of the country, and now I am honoured to be formally a part of this organisation,” he said after joining. Ms Rameeza Nizami has assumed the office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Waqt News.

Ramiza Majid Nizami is a adopted daughter of Majid Nizami. She is a wicked girl. Rameeza is playing games even with Majid Nizami and trying to get his all wealth for her real parents and siblings. She is a big cause of despute between Arif Nizami and Majid Nizami. She has been in relationship with former COO Hammad Ghaznavi and now a days with Office Manager Nadeem Sidiqui.
