lolz excellent..I worked for Aaj TV for 2 years and I know very well what the mangement there is like.. Talat had been sidelined for the last 1 year by the management. In his place number of directors have been hired in Isb and Karachi. Most of them worked for Geo TV. Aaj News has lost its days, first the downsizing, firing of more than 150 people…late salaries…all the issues have forced Talat to resign. for God's sake Zuberis stop paying 12000 to seniors and concentrate more on quality human resource rather than on senior directors and female anchors

I read on a web site that talat resigned because there are no increment. People commented and were surprised on this reason to resign. I must clear this misunderstanding here too. Talat resigned aaj because he was of the opinion and insisted to give raise in salaries transfer salaries on time and kick off those who are good for nothing but enjoying huge amount and fringe benefits. Rest i agree with KZ as i am also working at aaj.

its the biggest lose of a channel when its credibility questioned,
aaj tv has lost its credibility cz its has lost tallat sb3 m bi-est t any body bt bi-est t compatibilities when people work a channel by years n made its credibility single offhandedly though mushtaq minhaas n nusrat sb also were there but no doubt tallat sb is the person who push the aaj to rise in a different way we all love aaj even now when tallat sb is not there it all just cz of tallat sb who have didn't ever tried t talk about the way we want to listen but he always t enhance our test with the real recopies of life recopies of pains looses n real gains n he didn't ever tried t miss a movement when he could teach us the real lesson of life even when on 12th may in blood shed of Karachi even on the roads of Islamabad when he was on air when aaj tv was banned n who gona forget the FREEDOM FLOTILLA when a person went t Israel by knowing that it would b very hard t be back t home n we all know he made us proud he made proud t aaj tv n made proud t Pakistan as well..
t day aaj lost its proud the person who did all with the flag of aaj tv i cant understand why aaj network let that person t go some where alse m sorry t aaj tv but yet want aaj t b better n carry the way tallat sb made it cz we want aaj t b better but m sorry t aaj again cz no 1 ever cud b better t tallat sb n we proud that he didn't heart us by leaving a channel cz money n all bull shits he leaved cz of people, people who are working 4 aaj he leaved 4 there rights he never bow when speaks about the rights of people.

In the earlier times everyone believes that nothing could be possible without majority. Now it is proved that it doesn't matter how much u are. But for truth and rights u can defeat all of them who push u back for their fake policies and practiced there own made rules. But despite that in Our beloved and great Pakistan that approximately 40000-50000 graduates holding professional Engineering degree from Government universities Like U.E.T. Lahore B.Z.U. Multan.etc. institutions known as B.Tech (Honrs) Engg. They are still paralyzed professionally. Even not yet registered by the PEC or other authorized council as a Professional Engineers. It is only because of fake policy of the Ministry of Science and Technology, PEC, HEC and other concerning bodies. These Graduates cannot be enrolled for MSc Engineering in any engineering university. Even there is no master or research module for these graduates in any Government University. After they have (3 +2 +2) 7 years of continuous professional Engineering Studies.University of engineering lahore gives them B. Tech honrs degree. But dont give Admission in Master or Research module. Not single channel of Electronic media who make loud slogans ( Har majboor ki awaz, Jagtey Rahhoo). But no one giving any importance to this very important common problems of so many people.

a number of issues are being debated daily on all tv channels. it is suggested that keeping in view the poor state of governance of the current government, dawn a serious and responsible tv channel, should gather senior hosts from all tv channels and debate on high priority topics for the country. the panel for discussion must include intellectuals and one responsible politician from all major political parties from each province.
